★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta é a pior empresa de telefonia do mundo! Nem toda a boa vontade dos funcionários é suficiente para amenizar o desrespeito que a OI tem com o cliente. Valores abusivos, atendimento deficiente, cobranças indevidas e péssimo serviço prestado são marcas desta empresa. Infelizmente em alguns bairros da cidade é a única opção de acesso a internet, o que deixa parte da população refém desta empresa.
This is the worst phone company in the world! Not all the goodwill of the employees is enough to mitigate the disrespect that OI has with the client. Abusive values, deficient service, undue charges and poor service are the hallmarks of this company. Unfortunately in some neighborhoods of the city it is the only option of access to the internet, which leaves part of the population hostage of this company.
