Pedi para avaliarem o fluido do radiador e, ao invés de me empurrarem o produto, foi feita a medição através de instrumento próprio e constatado que não era necessário realizar a troca.
Loja limpa e organizada.
Preço excelente. As avaliações positivas fazem mesmo jus ao estabelecimento.

Moro em São Paulo e no início da pandemia, todas as lojas de troca de óleo em São Paulo foram fechadas por ordem do Prefeito, inclusive a que eu trocava óleo há mais de 14 anos. Então procurei no Google algo em Sto André e percebi que a SmartLube tinha nota máxima e muitos depoimentos positivos. Pensei comigo "ah, exagero isso". Pois é, não era não, ao chegar lá recebi atendimento de primeira, o Willian me orientou e inclusive mostrou (através de dados da caixa do fabricante) que a loja onde eu sempre trocava colocou um filtro de óleo do "Fiat Uno" no meu Honda Fit (um grande risco). A troca foi feita por um Fran com as especificação e indicação para o modelo do meu carro, serviço completo. Ele ainda percebeu que minha bateria estava com uma resina que poderia causar problemas de contato (bateria original de fabrica, ano 2014) e limpou, não deixando nenhum residuo. Atendimento nota 10! Não troco mais o óleo do meu carro em outro lugar.

The exchange was made by a Fran with the specification and indication for my car model, full service. He also noticed that my battery had a resin that could cause contact problems (original battery from the factory, year 2014) and cleaned it, leaving no residue. Customer service note 10! I don't change my car oil anywhere else.
