Lousy service, place falling apart, dirty, very expensive (out of reality) millions of mosquitoes, and a lot of delay and there was only my table and another ... unfortunate, but everything was delicious. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ar condicionado sempre quebrado, muitos pernilongos, demora no atendimento, rodízio mais caro que o do soho e takê, mudaram o cardápio do rodízio para não servirem mais temaki sem arroz e subiram o preço. Espero ter ajudado.
Air conditioner always broken, many mosquitoes, delayed service, carvery more expensive than the soho and takê, changed the menu of the carvery to no longer serve temaki without rice and raised the price. Hope this helps.

FALTA DE RESPEITO COM O CLIENTE
No dia 12-06-2017 por volta das 19:30 , estive no restaurante para solicitar um 2 pedidos , pois estava com visitas em casa e não estávamos querendo pegar filas em restaurante, ao solicitar e fazer o pagamento a atendente me informou as seguintes opção. Se eu aguardasse levaria em 1:30 hrs e se fosse Delivery levaria seria 2:00hrs. Ate ai tudo bem informei que preferia aguarda em casa. (SE ARREPENDIMENTO MATASSE ) Como estava com visita e criança achei mas confortável aguarda na minha residencia. Resumindo o pedido só chegou 23:55 HRS.
Depois de muitos telefonemas e insistência.

On 12-06-2017 around 7:30 pm, I was at the restaurant to request 2 orders, as I was visiting at home and we were not wanting to queue at a restaurant, when requesting and making payment the attendant informed me the following option. If I waited it would take 1:30 hrs and if it was Delivery it would take 2:00 hrs. So far so good, I informed you that I would rather wait at home. (IF REPENTANCE MATASSE) As I was visiting with a child I found it more comfortable waiting in my residence. Summing up the order only arrived 23:55 HRS.
After many phone calls and insistence.
