★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja tem brinquedos q fogem do comum. Boa variedade tb. Comprei muitas vezes e indicava para vaaaarias pessoas. Meu filho ganhou 3 presentes repetidos e fui lá trocar. Fui ao caixa q estava livre e brinquei com a dona q desta vez eu não estava lá para comprar. Para o meu espanto, a dona da loja q sempre me tratou bem, fez cara feia e me mandou aguardar num canto. Depois de um tempo ela, ainda de mal humor, voltou e informou o valor q eu teria de crédito. Troquei os produtos por outros 2 e paguei uma diferença de 80 reais. Foi a última vez q fui lá. Incrível a falta de visão de um empresário q não entende o potencial de uma troca, além da falta de educação velada.
The store has toys that are out of the ordinary. Good variety too. I bought it many times and recommended it to many people. My son got 3 repeated gifts and I went there to exchange them. I went to the cashier that was free and played with the owner that this time I wasn't there to buy. To my astonishment, the owner of the store who always treated me well, scowled and told me to wait in a corner. After a while she, still in a bad mood, came back and informed me the amount of credit I would have. I exchanged the products for another 2 and paid a difference of 80 reais. It was the last time I went there. Incredible the lack of vision of an entrepreneur who does not understand the potential of an exchange, in addition to the lack of veiled education.
