Em relação à qualidade da internet: antes era muito boa(veloz) e praticamente não caía (possuo o plano de R$ 75,00), porém, ultimamente, a internet tem caído com frequência, às vezes demorando mais de 40 min para voltar, e a velocidade de download varia bruscamente (vai de cerca de 30 Mbps para mais ou menos 0,50 Mbps no mesmo dia) e isso acaba sendo incoveniente em alguns momentos de uso necessário da rede, como quando a uso para realizar as atividades e assistir às aulas da faculdade. Caso esse cenário melhore, colocarei as 5 estrelas.
Edit.1: Já fui atendida em menos de 30 min após esta postagem e recebi o retorno do que estava acontecendo. Caso a internet se mantenha estável e rápida durante 1 semana, modificarei a avaliação.

Very good and fast service. Regarding the quality of the internet: it used to be very good (fast) and practically did not go down (I have the R$ 75.00 plan), however, lately, the internet has been dropping frequently, sometimes taking more than 40 min to come back , and the download speed varies sharply (from about 30 Mbps to more or less 0.50 Mbps on the same day) and this ends up being inconvenient in some moments of necessary use of the network, such as when I use it to carry out activities and attend college classes. If this scenario improves, I will give 5 stars.
Edit.1: I was answered in less than 30 min after this post and I received the return of what was happening. If the internet remains stable and fast for 1 week, I will change the rating.
