Ontem fui comprar um filtro eu e minha amiga custava no valor de R$52,49 paguei em dinheiro e minha amiga pagou em cartão de crédito até ai tudo bem veio Lacrado com plástico se abrir o vendedor perde a mercadoria o cliente ok
Só que eu e minha amiga chegando em casa fomos verificar tiramos com cuidado e tal para nossa supresa a vela onde rosqueia no filtro veio quebrado as duas velas não teria como ultilizar as velas hoje fomos a loja para fazer a troca a menina que nos atendeu super educada não recordo seu nome...
Porém a gerente da loja muita ignorância veio falar na nossa cara que não iria fazer a troca das velas por que saiu inteiras da loja e nem devolver o dinheiro sendo que não tenho o por que mentir falou para eu minha amiga procurar o Procon para ter nosso direito ou comprarmos outras vela por R $6,30 ou tira do bolsa da vendedora que nos atendeu as duas sendo que nosso direito de troca sem nenhum custo ainda ficou com velas quebradas bati a boca com ela mais nada resolveu fiquei super chatiada com essa tal ... Vendedores super simpáticas e nos pediram desculpas só que não perderam uma cliente e sim 3 fica registrado minha indignação pois se fui com a nota pra trocar seria o direito do consumidor gerente super estúpida e grossa nunca mais volto nessa loja... Comprei em outro local as velas ainda me disse se tivesse quebrada era só voltar para trocar olhar diferença de um depóosito pequeno para este lixo recém inaugurado... Ainda questinou se o filtro foi aberto na loja ou foi aberto em casa para um funcionário
