★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boas opções para reparos, acessórios de casa e ferramentas... a loja é pequena e a desorganização da loja, faz parecer que foi tudo jogado ali, inclusive no chão dos corredores e tem muito pó nos produtos. Os preços são razoáveis e o atendimento é cordial da maioria dos funcionários. Retornarei pq no geral atende.
Good options for repairs, home accessories and tools... the store is small and the disorganization of the store makes it look like everything was thrown there, including the floor of the aisles and there is a lot of dust on the products. Prices are reasonable and the service is cordial from most of the employees. I will return because in general it meets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma experiência péssima, o vendedor não faz questão nenhuma de explicar a diferença de um produto sabendo que quando se trabalha em um material de construção nem sempre quem está comprando intende de construção, o responsável pela loja do Jardim São Luís não respeita o cliente, não avisam que certos produtos não tem troca ao meu ver uma loja péssima que concerteza não irei nunca mais.
A terrible experience, the salesperson doesn't make any point of explaining the difference of a product knowing that when working on a construction material, whoever is buying it doesn't always intend to build it, the person responsible for the Jardim São Luís store doesn't respect the customer, no they warn that certain products cannot be exchanged, in my opinion, a terrible store that I will certainly never go to again.

Infelizmente acabei de sair da loja sem ser atendido, sem receber um boa tarde, como posso ajudar? Lamentável.
Era o local mais próximo que tinha o que procurava mas não comprei pois não tinha vendedor para me entender. Tinha bastante funcionários, tinha até um caixa e um conferente que me falou para esperar por um vendedor e continuou escorado no balcão.
Obs: O local estava praticamente vazio, dois ou três clientes.
Em qualquer empresa a prioridade é o cliente.

It was the closest place I had what I was looking for but I didn't buy it because I didn't have a salesperson to understand me. There were plenty of employees, there was even a cashier and a checker who told me to wait for a salesperson and continued to lean on the counter.
Note: The place was practically empty, two or three customers.
In any company, the priority is the customer.
