★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente ha alguns meses da filial do Barreto. Desde então minha média de compras varia entre 300 a 500 reais semanais. Sou cliente pequeno, mas, não acho que merecia o tratamento que recebi do gerente Daniel. Fui informado por ele mesmo na semana passada que dia 24/12/2020 iria fechar a loja as 12:00. E, ao chegar na porta da loja às 11:50 no dia 24, me deparei com quase todos os funcionários na calçada, e a porta meio aberta. No interior da loja estava a senhora do caixa e o próprio Daniel. Questionei por que a loja estava fechada, pois não havia dado o horário informado por ele (Daniel). Ele grosseiramente girou a tela do computador para me mostrar que já estava tudo desligado. Fiquei me perguntando: Se era 11:50 e já estava tudo desligado e ele fechando o caixa com a última funcionária lá dentro, ele já deveria ter fechado às 11:30. Informei que precisava muito dos itens que havia por comprar, se ele não poderia me atender, e fazer uma venda manual, e no próximo dia útil ele lançaria a venda no sistema. E para minha surpresa ele desdenhou de mim. Me senti um lixo como cliente, literalmente um cliente "descartável"!!! Fiquei decepcionado com a loja. No dia de maior movimento de minha lanchonete, fiquei sem material. Recorri a alguns comerciantes amigos. Temos um grupo de 15 comerciantes aqui do bairro no WatsApp e foi unânime a indignação de todos pela Oléplastic. Vou seguir o conselho arrogante do gerente Daniel, procurar outra loja para comprar suprimentos para meu comércio, pois "ele não consegue agradar a todos"! Lamentável!!!! Não sei se interessa a empresa a se retratar comigo, mas, por via das dúvidas, deixo aqui meu contato. 972533880. Antonio Marcos.
I have been a client for a few months at the Barreto branch. Since then my average purchase has varied between 300 to 500 reais a week. I'm a small customer, but I don't think I deserved the treatment I received from manager Daniel. I was informed by himself last week that 12/24/2020 would close the store at 12:00. And when I arrived at the store door at 11:50 on the 24th, I came across almost all the employees on the sidewalk, and the door was half open. Inside the store were the cashier and Daniel himself. I asked why the store was closed, as he had not given the time he informed (Daniel). He roughly turned the computer screen around to show me that everything was off. I was wondering: If it was 11:50 and everything was off and he was closing the cash register with the last employee in there, he should have already closed at 11:30. I informed him that I really needed the items that I had to buy, if he couldn't attend me, and make a manual sale, and the next business day he would launch the sale in the system. And to my surprise he disdained me. I felt like garbage as a customer, literally a "disposable" customer !!! I was disappointed with the store. On the busiest day of my diner, I ran out of material. I turned to some friendly traders. We have a group of 15 traders here in the neighborhood on the WatsApp and everyone was outraged by Oléplastic. I will follow manager Daniel's arrogant advice, look for another store to buy supplies for my trade, as "he can't please everyone"! Unfortunate!!!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, tem uma atendente no balcão que se preocupa mais com sua maquiagem (muito carregada) e seus enormes cílios postiços do atender a quem pede informações sobre produtos!! Afffff simplesmente ridícula!! Não entro mais nessa loja!!
Terrible service, there is an attendant at the counter who cares more about her makeup (very heavy) and her huge false eyelashes when attending to those who ask for information about products!! Affffff simply ridiculous!! I don't enter this store anymore!!
