NÃO gostei pq disseram que iriam me entregar as mercadorias na terça. Porém hoje já é quinta e até hoje a mercadoria não foi entregue.
O telefone deles é pra enfeite ligo chama e NINGUÉM atende.
Estou revoltada . Péssimo atendimento ao cliente e NÃO cumprem com as datas de entregas.
Estou maluca ?????
Minha compra . NÃO FOI entregue até hoje.
Já liguei e deixei bem CLARO se ATÉ há manhã NÃO ME entregarem estarei indo ao seu estabelecimento requerendo meu DINHEIRO de VOLTA.
SE seus funcionários são incompetentes e entregou em algum lugar errado problema seu e deles.
Outra coisa na nota está claro não DEIXAR com vizinhos e ligar antes da entrega pq a casa está vazia e a pessoa vai pra lá receber o MATERIAL.

I made a bad purchase on Saturday 29/06
I didn't like it because they said they would deliver the goods to me on Tuesday. But today it is already Thursday and until today the merchandise has not been delivered.
Their phone is for the ornament I call and NO ONE ANSWERS.
I'm angry . Poor customer service and DO NOT comply with delivery dates.
I am crazy ?????
My purchase . IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED UNTIL TODAY.
I already called and left it CLEAR if until UNTIL morning I will not be delivered I will be going to your establishment requesting my MONEY BACK.
IF your employees are incompetent and have delivered your and theirs problem somewhere wrong.
Another thing in the note is clear not to LEAVE with neighbors and call before delivery because the house is empty and the person goes there to receive the MATERIAL.

Comprei um pia que por sinal o preço estava muito bom e veio com um defeito na cuba( imperceptível a "olho nu") só reparei ao instalar a válvula... Em momento algum eles questionaram ... Simplesmente realizaram a troca da cuba.
