★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei marcar um atendimento pelo zap de 9:30 da manhã até as 15:50, so visualiza e não responde, quando responde pede as mesmas informações. Péssimo atendimento.
 I tried to make an appointment at 9am in the morning until 3:50 pm, you just see and don't answer, when you answer, ask for the same information. Terrible attendance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima, fizeram eu me deslocar até a clínica para não ser atendida com a justificativa de q não estavam aceitando o meu plano de saúde naquele mês. O plano foi informado no dia da marcação da consulta e a única coisa q a recepcionista me disse quando cheguei ao local foi "eu me passei". Falta de profissionalismo, não recomendo!!
Bad experience, they made me move to the clinic not to be met with the justification that they were not accepting my health plan that month. The plan was informed the day of the appointment and the only thing the receptionist told me when I arrived at the place was "I passed". Lack of professionalism, do not recommend !!

Após iniciar meu tratamento, e constatar a excelência do profissionalismo da mesma, coloquei minha filha menor e a esposa pra realizarem seus tratamentos ortodônticos na clínica. Não há estacionamento, embora não se tenha dificuldades pra estacionar na rua. Aceitam-se cartões crédito e débito. Preço acessível. Possui Wi-Fi pra cliente. Higienização boa do local. Não tem acesso pra PNE.
I recommend. Excellent service. Dr. Gláucia very competent, polite and kind. After starting my treatment, and realizing the excellence of its professionalism, I put my youngest daughter and his wife to perform their orthodontic treatments at the clinic. There is no parking, although it is easy to park on the street. Credit and debit cards are accepted. Affordable price. It has Wi-Fi for the client. Good sanitation of the place. Has no access to PNE.
