One of the most empathetic treatments I've ever seen. I was very well attended from the beginning, I had everything very well explained and the after-sales service was super attentive! I'm very satisfied with the LED hair removal procedures I'm doing, the results have already appeared in the first session. I highly recommend!

Ainda só fiz 2 sessões e foram de detox, então não posso dizer que já observei algum resultado efetivo. Porém, já me sinto cuidando de mim sem stress, o que é muito bom, pois nunca fiz isso.
The place is very nice and welcoming. People start to relax just by arriving. All the staff is very attentive. I've only done 2 sessions and they were detox, so I can't say that I've seen any effective results. However, I already feel like I'm taking care of myself without stress, which is very good, because I've never done that.

Meu pacote são 6 sessões e já estou bem satisfeita no começo do tratamento. Parabéns pela equipe, são bem atenciosos e prestativos. Muito obrigada ?
I'm doing the LED hair removal, I've done 2 sessions so far and I've already seen an excellent result, the amount of hair has decreased and it takes longer to grow. My package is 6 sessions and I am already very satisfied at the beginning of the treatment. Congratulations to the team, they are very attentive and helpful. Thank you so much ?

Postam propaganda no Instagram com um preço, na avaliação (dois dias após) mudam o valor do procedimento anunciado.
Entrei em contato algum tempo após a avaliação p agendar o procedimento (pago por mim, não era cortesia) e afirmaram com convicção que eu não havia feito a avaliação.
São extremamente enrolados, nada objetivos e desorganizados em todos os processos de atendimento ao cliente.
Provavelmente não colocaram no sistema a avaliação que eu fiz, ou perderam a mesma. Pena eu não ter mais o orçamento anotado a mão pela pessoa que me avaliou, pois poderia comprovar ter sido realizada.
Desrespeito com o cliente e falta de profissionalismo pois não procuraram resolver os fatos ocorridos e sim estão ocupados em reafirmar os equívocos e se defenderem (inclusive em réplica aqui) em todas as minhas tentativas de solução.
Após conhecer várias clínicas estéticas na cidade constatei a Oligoflora Piracicaba ser a pior!
Ainda bem que não cheguei a realizar nenhum tratamento nessa clínica!
Obs: a resposta da clínica não condiz com o que realmente ocorreu. Inclusive existe uma distorção interpretativa do meu relato.
Fica aqui o registro da minha experiência para que futuros clientes em potencial tenham acesso, já que este é o objetivo dessa ferramenta.

They post advertising on Instagram with a price, in the evaluation (two days later) they change the value of the announced procedure.
I got in touch some time after the evaluation to schedule the procedure (paid for by me, it was not courtesy) and they said with conviction that I had not done the evaluation.
They are extremely convoluted, not objective and disorganized in all customer service processes.
They probably didn't put the assessment I made in the system, or they lost it. Too bad I no longer have the budget written down by hand by the person who evaluated me, because he could prove that it was carried out.
Disrespect for the client and lack of professionalism as they did not seek to resolve the facts that occurred, but are busy reaffirming mistakes and defending themselves (including in reply here) in all my attempts at solution.
After visiting several aesthetic clinics in the city, I found Oligoflora Piracicaba to be the worst!
Glad I didn't get to perform any treatment at this clinic!
Note: the clinic's response does not match what actually happened. There is even an interpretive distortion of my account.
