A embalagem comprada (caixa kraft do menor tamanho) é dobrável, e vejo como um ponto positivo para quem não tem local para armazenamento grande, além da facilidade no transporte do produto. Testei e é 100% segura com ação do calor.
Tive atendimento e pós venda muito bons com a Gabriela, via whatsapp. Sempre muito solicita e fez o possível para atender meu pedido urgente.
O entregador Bento foi muito cordial, sorridente e simpático. A figura física do único representante que o cliente tem contato real (sem ser via internet/telefone) é uma figura crucial para concluir a experiência, e esta foi muito positiva.
O valor é muito bom, e traz a embalagem kraft para competitividade real com as embalagens de plástico. Isso é fundamental para o planeta.
Apenas um ponto de melhoria, que pode alavancar as vendas das embalagens kraft: mencionar quantos MLs podem armazenar.
Para quem trabalha com delivery isso é importante, além das dimensões que vocês já dão no site.
Na embalagem que comprei, por exemplo, cabem até 500ml tranquilamente. ?

The delivery boy Bento was very cordial, smiling and friendly. The physical figure of the only representative that the customer has real contact (not via internet/phone) is a crucial figure to complete the experience, and it was very positive.
The value is very good, and brings kraft packaging to real competitiveness with plastic packaging. This is fundamental for the planet.
Only one point of improvement, which can boost kraft packaging sales: mention how many MLs can be stored.
For those who work with delivery, this is important, in addition to the dimensions you already give on the website.
