TERRIBLE! I went to the STA Hospital. MAGGIORE (PREVENT SENIOR) - AV. FRANCISCO MORATO AND I HAD TO LEAVE MY CAR WITH DRIVERS! ON THE BACK THEY DELIVERED THE CAR WITH THE BROKEN CLUTCH! PARKED CAR FROM OTHER SIDE OF STREET IN OWN PARKING. IT IS VERY HARD TO PROVE, BUT THE CAR WAS PERFECT CONDITION AND NOW I WILL SPEND MORE THAN 650 WITH A NEW CLUTCH! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! BEST LEAVE ON THE STREET!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive por duas vezes , na unidade da Prevent Senior. E assim que chegamos , o mesmo funcionario, fica cutucando os demais e dando risadas, bem com postura de maloqueiro mesmo.Atendimento pessimo mesmo.
I have been twice at the Prevent Senior unit. And as soon as we arrived, the same employee, is poking the others and laughing, as well as posture of the same madman.

Great staff and service, I went to Prevent Senior to take my mother and I left the car with the Company, they were very careful and still leaving us a flower for the day of the Elderly, this empathy and attention with the customer is missing today. Excellent company.
