★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato por telefone, foi super bem atendido pela vendedora que me passou o orçamento, me desloquei de candeias para a loja que fica bem próximo a entrada de Camaragibe para efetuar a compra de 12 telhas de 7 metros, tendo em visa que a promessa era me entregarem o material comprado no dia seguinte, passado o prazo de entrega liguei pra lá e pasmem, como era um sábado, a atendente verificou meu pedido e me informou que a nota já tinha sido faturada mas não sabiam porque a entrega não tinha sido efetuada, e como era um sábado os encarregados pela entrega não estavam trabalhando, me prometeu que a entrega seria realizada na segunda feira, vou aguardar, mas o transtorno já aconteceu.
A empresa entrou em contato na segunda feira subsequente logo cedo, explicou o que houve e resolveu o problema com muita rapidez, inclusive enviando um caminhão exclusivo só para a entrega da minha mercadoria, estou super satisfeito com a compra, e recomendo a todos. Empresa nota 10.
