★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para o estabelecimento conversei com uma funcionária, ela pediu para enviar a planta do imóvel e alguns modelos que eu gostava, encaminhei tudo que foi solicitado, não tive resposta alguma, muito menos um convite para ir a loja, para uma reunião. E logo passou em minha cabeça, "Como que vou investir um valor de 20 a 25 mil neles, sendo que antes mesmo de fechar negócio, já estou sendo ignorado? imagina depois que for pago?"
Fica minha reclamação e indignação com a falta de comprometimento com o cliente!
I called the establishment, talked to an employee, she asked me to send the floor plan of the property and some models I liked, I forwarded everything that was requested, I had no response, let alone an invitation to go to the store for a meeting. And then it crossed my mind, "How am I going to invest an amount of 20 to 25 thousand in them, when even before closing the deal, I'm already being ignored? imagine after I get paid?"
It remains my complaint and indignation with the lack of commitment to the customer!
