★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar da pizza realmente ser de boa qualidade, o atendimento é no mínimo péssimo. Pedi uma pizza no sábado dia 02/10 e demoraram 3 horas para entregar. Isso não existe, qualquer estabelecimento deveria ter uma logística mínima para entregar os pedidos em no máximo uma hora e meia. Uma pena que uma das melhores pizzas de Sabará não invista em mais funcionários, lojas filiais ou outras possibilidades para melhorar o atendimento.
Perderam uma cliente fiel, eu pedia aí desde 2018... Se alguém tiver outra pizzaria de indicação aceito!!!
Despite the fact that the pizza is of good quality, the service is, to say the least, very bad. I ordered a pizza on Saturday 02/10 and it took 3 hours to deliver. This does not exist, any establishment should have minimum logistics to deliver orders in at most an hour and a half. It's a shame that one of the best pizzas in Sabará doesn't invest in more employees, branch stores or other possibilities to improve service.
They lost a loyal customer, I've been ordering since 2018... If anyone has another pizzeria as a referral, I accept!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha tudo pra ser a melhor, mas deixa muito a desejar, atendimento ruim, a demora é maluca, o sabor você tem que dar sorte, o valor é caro e etc...
It had everything to be the best, but it leaves a lot to be desired, bad service, the delay is crazy, the flavor you have to be lucky, the price is expensive and etc...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A melhor pizza de Sabara ! Mas entrega e péssima, demora demais. E a atendente incluir o refrigerante no pedido sem perguntar ao cliente se ele quer.
The best pizza in Sabara! But delivery is terrible, takes too long. And the attendant includes the soda in the order without asking the customer if he wants it.

Funcionários conversando quando te atendem no telefone, mandaram dois dias seguidos nosso pedido errado e não tem domínio nenhum para resolver problemas. Pedem fotos para terem certeza de que estamos falando a verdade. Não querem devolver o dinheiro o cliente é um mero nada!! Nunca mais eu peço, é só mais do mesmo, começam bem como tudo aqui na cidade, e depois, largam na mão de pessoas que não tem um pingo de profissionalismo!! Decadência é certa!!
It used to be a good pizzeria, but today the service goes from bad to worse. Employees talking when they answer you on the phone, they sent our wrong order two days in a row and have no domain to solve problems. They ask for pictures to make sure we are telling the truth. They don't want to return the money the customer is a mere nothing!! I never ask again, it's just more of the same, they start out just like everything else here in the city, and then they leave it in the hands of people who don't have an ounce of professionalism!! Decay is certain!!
