Fiz a compra de um portão e houveram 2 intercorrências, sendo que uma delas é o prazo passado de 5 dias para produção e frete gratuito! Olha que anuncio atrativo este!!! Porém, o mercado livre oferece esse frete gratuito com um prazo de mais de 3 semanas para entregar o produto. Estive em contato todo o tempo com a vendedora por WhatsApp e em nenhum momento ela mencionou este prazo e muito menos nos ofereceu outras possibilidades como retirada ou frete através de outra transportadora contratada pelo cliente. Eu preferiria pagar o frete e ter o produto mais rápido. A venda não se limita somente a vender, precisamos entender o que o cliente precisa e prestar um serviço adequado. Nos dias de hoje, com a velocidade que vivemos, quem quer esperar 3 semanas para receber um produto? Lastimável!!!!
