A atendente Natália é grosseira, ríspida e extremamente mal educada. Não responde aos questionamentos e ainda altera a voz por mensagem de whatsapp. Simplesmente desaconselho qualquer um que esteja pretendendo contratar essa empresa. Não existe pós venda, não existe atendimento cordial ao cliente! PÉSSIMA! PÉSSIMA!
 Terrible attendance. They do not fulfill the contract. They do not give you information about the location of the vehicle, even if you are more than a week late. The attendant Natália is rude, harsh and extremely rude. It does not answer questions and even changes the voice by whatsapp message. I simply advise against anyone intending to hire this company. There is no after sales, there is no cordial customer service! Lousy! Lousy!
