★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei o restaurante Olivo bom pra um restaurante italiano, mas nada espetacular pra ganhar 5 estrelas.
Pedimos um couvert de entrada que era um pão com uma pasta de queijo e outra de tomate que a meu ver poderia ser melhor servido ou ter mais sabor... não era nada demais.
Os pratos foram um raviolli recheado com costela com fondue de grana padano (destaque para o molho que estava realmente muito bom) e um agnolotti recheado com espuma de camarão ao molho de ragu de peixe (que estava bom, mas nada espetacular).
Pra finalizar pedimos uma sorvete de chocolate branco com calda de goiabada quente (confesso que não achei bom como esperava). Na minha opinião o chocolate não combinava com o resto.
Um café pra finalizar, que deixou a desejar no cantuccini (que não tinha gosto de nada) e a conta de 280 reais.
A avaliação final foi que o restaurante não apresentou erros graves, mas que também não merece ser classificado como excelente.
Vale a pena ir, mas ainda tem como melhorar .
 I thought the Olivo restaurant was good for an Italian restaurant, but nothing spectacular to earn 5 stars.
We ordered a couvert for starter, which was a bread with a cheese spread and a tomato paste that, in my opinion, could be better served or have more flavor... it was no big deal.
The dishes were a raviolli stuffed with ribs with grana padano fondue (highlight for the sauce that was really good) and an agnolotti stuffed with shrimp foam in fish ragout sauce (which was good, but nothing spectacular).
Finally, we ordered a white chocolate ice cream with hot guava syrup (I confess I didn't think it was as good as I expected). In my opinion the chocolate didn't match the rest.
A coffee to finish, which left something to be desired in the cantuccini (which didn't taste like anything) and the bill for 280 reais.
The final assessment was that the restaurant did not show serious errors, but that it also does not deserve to be classified as excellent.
It's worth going, but there's still room for improvement.

Na segunda vez, pedi burrata perfeita e bolinho de risoto, muito bom também. Eis que fui á terceira vez neste fim de semana. Pedi o nhoque de batata baroa, com ragu de cordeiro e creme de grana padano. Delicioso, mas precisei corrigir o sal. Ok, sem problema porque estava muito bom mesmo e chegou quentinho á mesa! Comida reconfortante de primeira! Pedimos um carbonara também. Estava sem condições alguma de comer. Ponto da massa completamente errado, cozida demais, completamente sem sal e sem sabor algum. Parece que não levou queijo. Não tinha gosto de nada e, conforme o prato foi esfriando, virou uma massaroca sem condições de comer. Muito ruim mesmo. O prato voltou quase inteiro. Na foto é lindo, né? Mas não peçam! ? Para beber pedi uma taça de vinho tinto. Não lembro o nome, mas era o de 32 reais no cardápio. Muito bom! Gostei. Total da conta, em torno de 200 reais.
It's my third time at the restaurant. At first I ordered the pizza with spicy sausage. Too spicy for my taste, but it happens. The second time I ordered the perfect burrata and risotto dumplings, very good too. Behold, I went for the third time this weekend. I ordered the baroa potato gnocchi, with lamb ragout and padano cream. Delicious, but I needed to correct the salt. Ok, no problem because it was really good and arrived hot at the table! First class comfort food! We ordered a carbonara too. I was in no condition to eat. Completely wrong dough point, overcooked, completely without salt and without any flavor. Looks like you didn't take any cheese. It didn't taste like anything and, as the dish cooled, it turned into a mass that couldn't be eaten. Really bad. The dish came back almost whole. It's beautiful in the picture, isn't it? But don't ask! ? To drink I asked for a glass of red wine. I don't remember the name, but it was 32 reais on the menu. Very good! Liked it. Total bill, around 200 reais.
