★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na minha cidade o cidadão paga pra tira seu RG e a mais de anos não recebem seus documentos. Cobram 25 reais e não entregam. Nem dinheiro nem documento. E os funcionários daqui dizem que é a secretária em recife que não nandam. Aonde esta o erro.

Fui bem atendida e o serviço foi rápido, com sete dias recebi o documento. Por que mudaram? Estou tentando agendar pela internet a retirada de 2ª via de documento de uma amiga que foi roubada e não consigo, ligo para o número 3183.5202 do ITB e ninguém atende. Como ficamos nós cidadãos, pessoas de bem, pagadores de impostos e patrocinadores financeiros de todos os órgãos públicos? Cadê o respeito ao consumidor?
If DETRAN has been repaired, why won't document removal be resolved? I already took 3rd copy of the Civil Identity Card at the Boa Viagem Police Station. I was well attended and the service was fast, with seven days I received the document. Why did they change? I'm trying to schedule on the internet the removal of duplicate document from a friend who was stolen and I can't, I call ITB number 3183.5202 and nobody answers. How are we citizens, good people, taxpayers, and financial sponsors of all public agencies? Where is the respect for the consumer?
