★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e desonestos, pois estou tentando cancelar meu plano desde abril (quando informaram que voltaria a reabrir a academia e não abriram), e até agora ninguém me respondeu nada!!! Desrespeito com o consumidor!!!
 Bad service and dishonest, because I have been trying to cancel my plan since April (when they said I would reopen the gym and they didn't open), and so far nobody has answered me !!! Disrespect for the consumer !!!

good gym. It has enough equipment. Even air conditioning. Some like others less so. Strong point is even swimming. Good price and good professionals. Also has fights. I recommend.

Attentive and polite teachers, the hydro classes are great, the pool is excellent and of a good size. I recommend it to all ladies who want to keep fit and especially good health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, tive muita dificuldade quando decidi cancelar o plano anual.
Não respondiam os telefonemas, sendo que tive que fazer tudo por whatsapp. Em nossas conversas, demoravam muito para responder e quando o faziam era de modo vago, não atendendo as minhas questões.
Passaram o prazo de 30 dias combinados para o cancelamento da fatura do cartão e só o fizeram depois de envolver o PROCON. Com certeza não voltarei a fazer atividades na academia e nem recomendo pelo transtorno.
Unfortunately, I had a lot of difficulty when I decided to cancel the annual plan.
They didn't answer the phone calls, and I had to do everything through whatsapp. In our conversations, they took a long time to respond and when they did it was vaguely, not answering my questions.
The agreed 30-day period for canceling the card bill passed and they only did so after involving PROCON. I will definitely not go back to doing activities at the gym, nor do I recommend it because of the inconvenience.
