★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. O serviço prestado não condiz com o que prometem. Fiz a dedetização em setembro, após um mês fiz uma solicitação de reforço, pois não tinha adiantado nada e mesmo assim NÃO solucionou meu problema. Sendo que a pessoa que fez disse que em minha casa não havia foco do inseto. Desde dezembro aguardo eles reagendarem uma nova visita, conforme foi prometido por telefone, e até hoje nada. Agora quase todos os dias eles encontram meu número para marcar a renovação do contrato, mas para me ligar e resolver o problema, eles não ligam.
NÃO INDICO!!!
 Bad experience. The service provided does not match what they promise. I did the pest control in September, after a month I made a request for reinforcement, because I had not advanced anything and even so it did NOT solve my problem. Since the person who made it said that in my house there was no focus of the insect. Since December I have waited for them to reschedule a new visit, as promised by phone, and to date nothing. Now almost every day they find my number to dial the contract renewal, but to call me and solve the problem, they don't call.
NOT INDICATE !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei a visita e foi horrível, não colocou pelos cantos, nem os líquidos, nem nos banheiros... e ainda por cima foi muito caro e não prestou. Eu perguntei se tinha passado pela varanda, pelos quartos, pelo holl e o funcionário da empresa ainda mentiu na cara dura falando que tinha passado, mas eu estava vigiando ele pra ver se tinha passado por tudo mesmo.
I asked for a visit and it was horrible, he didn't put it in the corners, or the liquids, or in the bathrooms... and on top of that it was very expensive and didn't work. I asked if he had gone through the balcony, the rooms, the holl and the company employee still lied to his face saying he had, but I was watching him to see if he had been through everything.
