★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrivel, meu computador ficou lá só para formatar e nisso eles demoraram mais de 2 semanas para fazer isso alegando que é por causa do tamanho do "backup"...
sem contar que meu computador foi para lá com as entradas frontais funcionando e agora quando voltou já não funciona mais, basicamente eles tentam sugar o maximo de dinheiro possivel até mesmo inventando problemas, eu descobri que meu problema era so o cabo AV mas eles nem falaram q era isso, falaram q precisavam formatar e limpar e que também iriam arrumar a entrada frontal que estava solta, agora arrumou deixou ela firme mas também não pega mais as entradas USB sem contar o mal contato q meu computador tem agora nas entradas de som.
só deu pra passar raiva, sinceramente vá na loja ao lado deles que é bem maior a BRA Informatica, lá eles podem até cobrar caro mas vc não vai passar raiva igual eu passei aqui.
Horrible, my computer was only there to format and it took them more than 2 weeks to do this claiming that it is because of the size of the "backup"...
not to mention that my computer went there with the front inputs working and now when it came back it doesn't work anymore, basically they try to suck as much money as possible even inventing problems, I found my problem was only the AV cable but they didn't even talk that was it, they said they needed to format and clean and that they would also fix the front input that was loose, now it's fixed it left it steady but also doesn't take the USB inputs anymore, not to mention the bad contact my computer now has in the sound inputs.
you could only get angry, honestly go to the store next to them, which is much bigger, BRA Informatica, there they can even charge you dearly, but you won't get angry like I did here.
