★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrega atrasada, ninguém atende o telefone. Quando você consegue falar, ninguém sabe dar uma posição do seu pedido. Falei com 3 pessoas, nenhuma das 3 sabia olhar no sistema e ver onde estava a mercadoria, não sei o que faziam ali. Anotam telefone, ficam de retornar e ninguém liga. Entrega programada para quarta, não chega, dizem que vem na sexta, espero até 19h, ninguém entrega, enfim. Só dor de cabeça.
Delivery late, no one answers the phone. When you are able to speak, no one knows how to give a position on your request. I spoke with 3 people, none of the 3 knew how to look in the system and see where the merchandise was, I don't know what they were doing there. They write down the phone, keep returning and no one calls. Delivery scheduled for Wednesday, it doesn't arrive, they say it comes on Friday, I wait until 7:00 pm, no one delivers, anyway. Just a headache.
