Já fiz diversos procedimentos e tive uma experiencia incrivel a cada vez que fui no espaço, sem contar os professores de pilates e treinamento funcional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço Treinamento Funcional lá, professores são super dedicados e focados no resultado. Estive por muito tempo treinando em outro lugar por perto. O lugar foi bom mas não atualizaram os equipamentos durante muito tempo. Não me ofereceram nenhum desconto depois de vários anos lá então resolvi trocar para Omega. O preço foi mais competitivo mas o nível melhor e os equipamentos mais modernos. Sou alguém normalmente bem preguiçoso com mudanças!! Mas essa vez valeu a pena investigar os alternativos.
I do Functional Training there, teachers are super dedicated and focused on results. I've been training for a long time somewhere else nearby. The place was nice but they didn't update the equipment for a long time. I was not offered a discount after several years there so I decided to switch to Omega. The price was more competitive but the level was better and the equipment was more modern. I am usually very lazy with changes !! But this time it was worth investigating the alternatives.

Eles contam com profissionais qualificados, equipamentos atualizados e um ambiente extremamente agradável, onde sempre me senti muito à vontade. Todos os funcionários são muito educados, atenciosos e competentes, da recepção aos professores. Recomendo a todos.
I've been a Pilates student on Omega4 for many years and I do not trade for anything. They have qualified professionals, updated equipment and an extremely pleasant environment where I have always felt very at ease. All staff are very polite, attentive and competent, from the reception to the teachers. Highly recommend to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work for a multinational company and we have an office close to Omega and it was recommended to by a Brazilian colleague. I am quite particular in terms of the places I use as I have a long term sports injury problem. I have been there 4 times now for a sports massage. The staff are polite and speak English, price is competitive (in particular when you convert it to dollars!) and the place has a nice professional feel to it. Can highly recommend this place for a relaxing massage at the end of your day/week in Sao Paulo.
