Tal falta de respeito por um cliente de anos da APPLE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui tratado como se eu fosse um golpista querendo tirar vantagem da loja, tive um problema no aparelho e levei até a loja, mais no final não entendi muito bem o diagnóstico do técnico, pois bem o mesmo técnico virou pra mim e falou que o problema do aparelho eu que tinha que saber como dono. Mais pra não perder mais meu tempo paguei pelo "DIAGNÓSTICO ", mais deixo aqui minha indignação da falta de respeito dos funcionários com o cliente e da arrogância dos mesmo pra falar que eles são a APPLE .
I was treated as if I were a scammer wanting to take advantage of the store, I had a problem with the device and took it to the store, but in the end I didn't understand the technician's diagnosis very well, because the same technician turned to me and said that the problem of the device I had to know as the owner.
