★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iniciei uma compra na loja, com contrato em andamento, entrada paga, na cautelar o carro estava com diversas avarias.
Fiz o cancelamento da compra, e os donos aliás o dono, demorou dois dias para estornar a compra, alegando que não sabia realizar o procedimento, sem contar a forma que fui tratada, além de não fazer questão de resolver meu problema, me tratou mal na loja e me bloqueou no WhatsApp, como se fazendo o cancelamento fosse um favor. Ainda queria devolver um valor inferior ao valor que tinha pago no cartão.
Não indico para ninguém.
Edit: Como todos podem ver o proprietário tem muita postura no início de sua resposta, logo em seguida podem ler os itens de afirmações contra a cliente, sendo da mesma forma no atendimento físico, fazem de tudo e quando não é mais válido para a loja eles tratam de maneira incoerente.
Como prova de péssimo atendimento a resposta do próprio mostra sua grande maturidade e empresa séria.
Não indico e não compre nessa loja.
