Me sinto em casa quando vou fazer minhas práticas de LPO e Pilates, sem contar as corridas na esteira e o teste do IEC, algo muito importante para essa evolução total.
A place with impeccable service and that brought much more than a bodily evolution in me, but also a new and deeper way of seeing my body and mind. I feel at home when I go to do my LPO and Pilates practices, not to mention the running on the treadmill and the IEC test, something very important for this total evolution.
