FIZ MEU TRATAMENTO QUIMIOTERĂPICO COM A DRA. ANA MARIA, E NA ULTIMA SEĂĂO DE QUIMIO, (DIA 28/02) A MĂDICA EM QUESTĂO, TROCOU A MINHA PRESCRIĂĂO POR DE OUTRA PESSOA, GRAĂAS A DEUS DESCOBRIRAM A TEMPO!
FIZ A MASTECTOMIA E HOJE TENHO QUE CONTINUAR O TRATAMENTO COM A RADIOTERAPIA, Ă CLARO QUE QUIS MUDAR DE MĂDICO PORQUE PERDI A CONFIANĂA; MAS NĂO PUDE PORQUE A ADMINISTRAĂĂO NĂO PERMITE!
SAĂ DE LĂ HOJE COMPLETAMENTE SEM RUMO, PORQUE ATĂ ENTĂO NĂO CONHECIA NENHUM OUTRO ONCOLOGISTA A NĂO SER ELA E O DR. OTĂVIO, QUE Ă UM EXCELENTE MEDICO!
QUERIA DAR SEQUĂNCIA COM ELE, MAS A "CLINICA" NĂO PERMITE QUE EU MUDE! ACHO UM ABSURDO, POIS Ă UM DIREITO MEU ESCOLHER QUAL O MELHOR PROFISSIONAL PARA ACOMPANHAR EM MEU TRATAMENTO!

I WANT TO REGISTER MY TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT WITH THIS CLINIC, AND HOW THEY TREAT YOUR PATIENTS!
I DID MY CHEMOTHERAPY TREATMENT WITH DR. ANA MARIA, AND IN THE LAST CHEMIO SECTION, (DAY 28/02) THE DOCTOR IN QUESTION, CHANGED MY PRESCRIPTION TO ANOTHER PERSON, THANKS TO GOD DISCOVERED IN TIME!
I HAVE MASTECTOMED AND TODAY I HAVE TO CONTINUE TREATMENT WITH RADIOTHERAPY, IT IS OF COURSE THAT I WANTED TO CHANGE A DOCTOR BECAUSE I LOST CONFIDENCE; BUT CAN'T BECAUSE THE ADMINISTRATION DOES NOT ALLOW!
GET OUT OF THERE TODAY COMPLETELY WITHOUT A DIRECTION, BECAUSE UNTIL THEN HE DID NOT KNOW ANY ONCOLOGIST OTHER THAN SHE AND DR. OTĂVIO, WHO IS AN EXCELLENT DOCTOR!
I WANTED TO SEQUENCE WITH HIM, BUT THE "CLINIC" DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO CHANGE! I THINK ABOUT IT, BECAUSE IT IS MY RIGHT TO CHOOSE THE BEST PROFESSIONAL TO FOLLOW MY TREATMENT!
I regret that at the time of changing the prescription, I have not taken any steps! THAT'S WHAT MAKES US WANT TO BE GENTILE!
I ADVISE ALL THE PATIENTS OF THIS "MEDICINE" TO PAY A LOT OF ATTENTION WHEN SHE PRESCRIBES THEIR CHEMOTHERAPIES!

â â â â â Falta de respeito aos pacientes e acompanhantes!consulta marcada para 10:30 , chegamos as 10:00 ,ja sao 12:00 e nada!!! Paciente com fome ,etc,perguntamos se dava tempo de comer,"secretaria disse que era a proxima"aqui estamos mais 30 minutos tentando entender o sistema (se Ă© hr marcada ou esqueceram da gente)...isso tudo Ă© pago ,nao Ă© da prefeitura!!! Mais respeito !!! Obs:mais de 15 pessoas chegaram depois , ja foram atendidos e estao no conforto de suas casas!!! Nota 10 para os medicos...zero para falta de organização e 10 para o atendimento do porteiro!

Gislaine nĂŁo poderia me atender e que a consulta seria com a nova mĂ©dica Ana Paula. Marquei a consulta para hoje Ă s 9h. Ao chegar no consultĂłrio, fui informada que tentaram me ligar o dia inteiro ontem para desmarcar novamente a consulta. NĂŁo recebi nunhuma ligação! Meus telefones nĂŁo tem nenhum registro de chamada perdida. Uma total falta de respeito e consideração! NĂŁo recomendo pra ninguĂ©m!
I made an appointment with Dr. Gislaine 3 months in advance. Two days earlier, I was informed that Dr. Gislaine could not attend me and that the appointment would be with the new doctor Ana Paula. I made an appointment for today at 9am. Upon arriving at the office, I was informed that they tried to call me all day yesterday to cancel the appointment again. I didn't get a call! My phones have no missed call logs. A total lack of respect and consideration! I don't recommend it to anyone!

â â â â â Ao perguntar se poderia ter desconto na consulta de 800 REAIS,de uma paciente antiga do Dr Otavio, q passava no SUS com ele, a recepcionista jĂĄ me cortou e ñ me deixou nem terminar de falar, sendo bem grosseira. Muito triste esse tipo de tratamento com quem Ă© pobre. Pq ctz que ela ñ trataria gente rica, dessa forma grosseira.
When asking if I could get a discount on the 800 REAIS consultation, from an old patient from Dr Otavio, who was at SUS with him, the receptionist already cut me off and didn't let me even finish speaking, being quite rude. Very sad this type of treatment with those who are poor. Why don't she treat rich people in that rude way.
