★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço péssimo, o taxi serve para o cliente ter celeridade no dia a dia , mas a empresa não entende isso , os carros demoram em demasia e das vezes que eu liguei perguntando sobre o carro que demorava a atendente se fez de desentendida e duas das vezes desligaram sem me dar explicações e quando questionei sobre isso ela me respondeu com ironia " senhor nós nao desligamos na cara de cliente senhor " e quando eu disse que a ligacao foi gravada ela me desconversou . Nuca mais ligo.
 Lousy service, the taxi is for the customer to be quick in the day-to-day, but the company doesn't understand that, the cars take too long and the times I called asking about the car that the attendant took was misunderstood and twice they hung up without giving me explanations and when I asked about it she answered me with irony "sir we did not hang up on the face of a customer sir" and when i said the call was recorded she took me off Never mind more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unidade 109 ja aciona o taximentro antes da pessoa entrar no carro. um absurdo. direcao empresa precisa tomar providencias. motorista nao deve ser avaliado bem.. tem praticas contra a profissao... quer onerar o cliente.. esse tipo de motorista tem que pedir pra sair

Quando falei que iria mudar um pouco o itinerário, me disse para pegar outro táxi ,porque a corrida era muito curta ...NUNCA MAIS !! ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultimamente péssimo.dia 08/02 por volta das 19:30 fiz solicitação depois 13 minutos nenhum táxi veio, liguei e a atendente disse q não havia veículo próximo. Conclusão se não tivesse ligado não saberia!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi para pagar com cartão de crédito e demorou uns 7 minutos para a máquina funcionar. Reclamei sobre a demora e o motorista ficou irritado.O mesmo fala demais e não usava máscara. Carro velho. Muito ruim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim. Em tempos de covid e aumento de casos, o motorista estava sem máscara e tossindo durante todo o trajeto. Fora a grosseria ao encerrar a corrida pois o mesmo não gostou da reclamação feita. A Onda Táxi precisa rever protocolos e melhorar a conduta dos condutores pois acabaram de perder mais um cliente, e eu vinha usando muito o serviço. Um absurdo.
