â â â â â Em comparativo com outras academias Ă© de fato um espaço pequeno porĂ©m bastante otimizado e com organização top, equipamentos e pesos padronizados apresentando uma efetividade nos treinos, no quesito instrutores apresentam domĂnio e estĂŁo sempre corrigindo os alunos e a disposiçao para sanar duvidas, onde sĂŁo alinhadas seguidas de informaçÔes tĂ©cnicas plausiveis de quem conhece com propriedade. ParabĂ©ns!!!
Compared to other gyms, it is in fact a small space, but very optimized and with top organization, standardized equipment and weights showing effectiveness in training, in the area instructors have mastery and are always correcting students and willingness to answer questions, where they are aligned. followed by plausible technical information from those who know properly. Congratulations!!!

â â â â â Academia conta com aparelhos de musculação novos e modernos. Professores bastante atenciosos e qualificados. HĂĄ uma diversidade de aulas (funcional, muay thai, corrida, danças) que jĂĄ estĂŁo inclusas no preço da mensalidade (que Ă© bem em conta). As Ășnicas crĂticas Ă© que, apesar de bem estruturada, a academia acabou ficando pequena para a demanda que atende. Em alguns momentos o ambiente fica bem cheio... Tb nĂŁo hĂĄ um espaço legal para estacionar veĂculos.
The Academy has new and modern bodybuilders. Very attentive and qualified teachers. There are a variety of classes (functional, muay thai, running, dancing) that are already included in the tuition fee (which is well taken care of). The only criticism is that, although well structured, the academy ended up getting small for the demand it serves. At times the environment gets very full ... Tb there is no legal space to park vehicles.
