★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei o serviço de renovação do meu apartamento alugado com eles. Foi a maior dor de cabeça. A Daniele que é design de interiores, apresentou o projeto 3D com erros grosseiros de dimensões e insistiu que estavam corretos. Propos que colocássemos espelhos colados na parede e disse que podíamos retirá-los caso nos mudássemos, sendo que não é possível, segundo o dono da vidraçaria.
Não cumpriu cláusulas contratuais como a de acompanhamento da execução do projeto. Enviou profissionais de péssima qualidade, principalmente o eletricista. Ela não sabe a real resposta da sua pergunta, supõe coisas e toma aquilo como verdade, como por exemplo diZer que veio faltando peças do fabricante, sendo que foi ela que abriu a embalagem, conferiu e no final da execução da obra, o eletricista achou dentro das coisas dele. Após o Natal, sem o projeto estar terminado, sumiu e não deu mais satisfação. Levou a gente para comprar móveis na Promobile do CasaShopping onde o atendimento é Horroroso e as formas de pagamento são piores ainda. Totalmente amador o serviço da Onix. Deixou muito a desejar.

After Christmas, without the project being finished, he disappeared and gave no further satisfaction. He took us to buy furniture at CasaShopping's Promobile where the service is horrible and the payment methods are even worse. The Onix service is totally amateur. It left much to be desired.
