Lousy service at the concierge, I went with an indication p to look for a manager Selma went to meet an apt p purchase and I was planted on the street waiting for 20 min and then the janitor appeared ,,,,,, lousy hated !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssimo fomos super mau tratadas pelos funcionários do prédio eles odeiam turistas e nos maltratam com intuito de nao voltarmos mais,funcionários da portaria mau educados sem educação preconceituosos com quem não é do prédio fzem destinação pois a entrada e saída de quem aluga é diferente de quem mora la , fora q qndo chgamos tivemos q arrastar as coisas pesadas pelo meio da rua pq o carrinho de bagagem nao podia sai na frente do prédio e nem o carro entrar na garagem , piscina esquece nao podemos nem chgar perto tem uma porteira que parece o cão uma bruxa q nao respeito nem mnha mae q é uma senhora !!!!! Monstros ordinários vcs há de pagar por tdo mau q fzem aos outros!!!!!!
It was terrible we were super badly treated by the employees of the building they hate tourists and mistreat us in order not to return, badly educated concierge employees unprejudiced towards those who are not in the building make a destination because the entrance and exit of those who rent is different from who lives there, outside when we arrived we had to drag heavy things across the street because the luggage cart couldn’t go out in front of the building and neither the car could enter the garage, the pool forgets we can’t even get close there’s a gate that looks like the dog a witch q I do not respect nor my mother q is a lady !!!!! Ordinary monsters, you will have to pay for all the bad things you did to others !!!!!!
