★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, levei meu aparelho pra trocar a tela e me cobraram o preço de uma tela original e colocaram uma paralela, comprei uma película 3D e um cabo USB, após alguns dias a tela apresentou problemas, levei pra garantia e eles removeram a película, disseram que tinham resolvido o problema e que não podiam colocar a película de graça, tive que pagar por outra, e o problema não foi resolvido, levei em outro técnico e este abriu o aparelho na minha frente e me mostro que a tela era paralela.
Resultado, perdi meu tem e meu dinheiro é ainda tive que fazer a troca com um técnico responsável e experiente com material de qualidade pois nada disso havia na online celulares.
Péssima loja, péssimo serviço, péssimo técnico.
Bad service, I took my device to change the screen and they charged me the price of an original screen and they put a parallel one, I bought a 3D film and a USB cable, after a few days the screen had problems, I took it to warranty and they removed the film, they said that they had solved the problem and that they could not install the film for free, I had to pay for another one, and the problem was not solved, I took it to another technician and he opened the device in front of me and showed me that the screen was parallel.
Result, I lost my time and my money and I still had to make the exchange with a responsible and experienced technician with quality material because none of this was available on online cell phones.
Bad store, bad service, bad technician.
