★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, você compra pelo site e paga o motoboy para receber em 4 horas, não tem entrega, ninguem atende telefone ou responde o whats up, não comprem para entrega rápida pois serão enganados, empresa sem nenhum comprometimento, ainda mais se a entrega for urgente. Fujam da propaganda enganosa do site e dessa empresa de indole duvidosa.
Bad service, you buy on the site and pay the courier to receive it in 4 hours, there is no delivery, no one answers the phone or answers whats up, do not buy for fast delivery as they will be deceived, company without any commitment, even more if the delivery is urgent. Run away from the misleading advertising on the site and this questionable company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me mandaram o medicamento errado (um remédio que precisava de urgência), confirmaram a troca para o outro dia, mas não trocaram no outro dia como o prometido. Pra completar ainda me fizeram pagar o frete de entrega novamente, paguei pelo erro deles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efetuei uma compra na sexta feira 19/03 no valor de 29,15 de 2 bolsas de soro com equipo. O frete foi 10,00 pra entregar. O produto chegou domingo a tarde e meu pet tinha falecido. Estou tentando realizar a troca do produto desde ontem segunda 22/03 uma burocracia danada.
Estou no meu direito de troca por 7 gratuito e drogaria está me cobrando 10,00 de frete pra efetuar a troca. Um absurdo!!
I made a purchase on Friday 03/19 for the value of 29.15 of 2 bags of serum with equipment. The freight was 10.00 to deliver. The product arrived Sunday afternoon and my pet had passed away. I am trying to carry out the exchange of the product since yesterday 03/22 a damned bureaucracy.
I am in my right to exchange for 7 free and drugstore is charging me 10.00 of freight to effect the exchange. Absurd !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mudaram o sistema de entrega por motoboy para os correios, por ser produto refrigerado eu estava convicto de que iria ter dor de cabeça com a SARE. Engano meu. Chegou no dia seguinte GELADO. Excelente entrega. Mas não dou 5 estrelas pois acho que precisam melhorar o atendimento (muito fraco) e pricipalmente o site que é bastante nebuloso quando voce tenta rever suas compras, identificar pagamentos ou rastrear status dos pedidos.
They changed the courier delivery system to the post office, as it was a refrigerated product, I was convinced that I would have a headache with SARE. My mistake. It arrived the next day FROSTY. Excellent delivery. But I do not give 5 stars because I think they need to improve the service (very weak) and especially the website, which is very foggy when you try to review your purchases, identify payments or track order status.
