Moro no interior de Minas Gerais e com um certo receio fiz a compra. No ato da compra já percebi um diferencial. O andamento da compra é mando para o cliente no WhatsApp. Mas outras empresas também fazem isso não é mesmo?
Mas fiquei na expectativa e recebi o produto bem antes da data marcada. Até então foi muito boa a empresa. E para minha surpresa, depois de um tempo precisei fazer contato com a Empresa para verificar onde eu encontraria uma peça da persiana que se desgastou com o tempo e foi aí que vi a GRANDE diferença que faz você comprar em uma empresa que presa pelo seu nome e o bem estar do cliente, simplesmente incríveis. Tão incríveis que tive o maior prazer de vir aqui para registrar que a empresa é NOTA 10. Eles são excelentes, um tratamento excepcional, educados, pelo Whatsapp, tudo muito rápido e satisfação TOTAL.

 Shopping on the internet always makes us suspicious and to buy a blind my research took me to this company (Online blinds). I live in the interior of Minas Gerais and with a certain fear I made the purchase. At the time of purchase I noticed a difference. The purchase progress is sent to the customer on WhatsApp. But other companies do that too, don't they?
But I was looking forward and received the product well before the scheduled date. Until then, the company was very good. And to my surprise, after a while I had to contact the Company to see where I would find a piece of the blind that has worn out over time and that's when I saw the BIG difference that makes you buy from a company that is named after you and the well-being of the customer, simply incredible. So incredible that I was delighted to come here to register that the company is a NOTE 10. They are excellent, exceptional treatment, polite, by Whatsapp, all very quickly and TOTAL satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei a persiana vertical com bando na cor bege, é muito linda e chique ,a entrega foi super rápida ,o único problema é que veio com um amassado no bando,mas meu esposo conseguiu desamassar com um martelinho.Avisei eles sobre o ocorrido e eles se prontificaram a trocar o bando ,ao meu ver a culpa não é da loja e sim do transporte que precisa ser notificado para ter mais cuidado. Mas a persiana é maravilhosa.

Precisei de atendimento após a instalação (feita por conta própria) e fui muito bem atendida pelo whatsapp, equipe atenciosa e me enviaram vários vídeos até que o problema fosse resolvido, e agora as persinanas estão lindas. Excelente atendimento, não abandonam o cliente no pós venda. Recomendo.
The blinds are of excellent quality and I received them before the deadline. But, for me, the difference was the after sales. I needed assistance after the installation (made by myself) and I was very well attended by whatsapp, helpful staff and they sent me several videos until the problem was resolved, and now the blinds are beautiful. Excellent service, they do not abandon the customer after sales. I recommend.

There are no words to express our satisfaction with the excellent service provided, from the first contact, to the placement of the blinds. We wanted a roll-on, but to install outside the kitchen.
