★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deveriam mudar o nome de Online para Offline, pois vivo mais sem conexão do que tudo, a internet está instável, atendimento ríspido, serviço chinfrim e agora o "Online Play" que É INCLUÍDO no meu plano não funciona. Amanhã estarei solicitando o encerramento do contrato pois não adianta insistir naquilo que você sabe que não dá certo. Completamente insatisfeito e não há 1 esforço para fidelizar o cliente. Se tiver na sua cidade, opte por Brisanet ou Mob Telecom.
They should change the name from Online to Offline, as I live more without a connection than anything else, the internet is unstable, the service is rough, the service is lousy and now the "Online Play" that IS INCLUDED in my plan doesn't work.
