★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os atendentes da unidade local são legais, o que deixa a desejar é o próprio serviço da Online que tá mais Offline que tudo, parece até que é uma empresa de fundo de quintal. Atendimento ríspido no 0800, WhatsApp e afins, duvidam do problema do cliente, não movem 1 dedo para fidelizar o cliente e o "Online Play" que É INCLUSO no meu plano simplesmente não funciona há meses por pura IRRESPONSABILIDADE da Online de manter o login com a parceira. Sou cliente há 3 anos, sempre que posso até pago antecipadamente para ser destratado de tal maneira. Se sua cidade possui Brisanet/Agility ou Mob Telecom, opte por eles.
