★ ★ ★ ★ ★ é muito bom atendimento, qualidade do serviço, porem o erro foi meu de nao perguntar valores, me perguntaram se eu queria hidratação, obviamente eu disse que sim, porem o valor foi exorbitante(escova +hidratação: 160,00 reais) foi perfeito, porem é um valor muito desproporcional ao mercado, ao serviço, repito mais uma vez, o trabalho foi perfeito, mas o valor é exagerado. Tomei um susto mais fiquei com receio de comentar, a manicure foi perfeita. So deixo essa avaliação em relação a tabela de preços.
it's very good service, quality of service, but my mistake was not asking for values, they asked me if I wanted hydration, obviously I said yes, but the value was exorbitant (brush + hydration: 160.00 reais) it was perfect, however it is a very disproportionate value to the market, to the service, I repeat once again, the work was perfect, but the value is exaggerated. I was scared but I was afraid to comment, the manicure was perfect. I only leave this assessment in relation to the price list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível e muito constrangedora, informei que queria o serviço de mechas, fechamos o pacote para mechas oferecido pelo estabelecimento. Fizeram o teste de mecha e avisaram que "passei" no teste. Me levaram para o lavatório, em seguida começaram a secar meu cabelo para iniciar as mechas, nesse momento informaram que não sentiam segurança de prosseguir com as mechas que eu havia "passado" e que eu teria que fechar pacote de cronograma para tratamento. Informei que não tinha interesse em continuar com este processo e me obrigaram a pagar 60,00 por uma hidratação que tinham colocado em meu cabelo.
Sai completamente chateada e decepcionada com a falta de profissionalismo.
Horrible and very embarrassing experience, I informed her that I wanted the locks service, we closed the locks package offered by the establishment. They did the strand test and told me that I "passed" the test. They took me to the lavatory, then they started drying my hair to start the locks, at that moment they informed that they did not feel safe to proceed with the locks that I had "passed on" and that I would have to close a schedule package for treatment. I informed that I had no interest in continuing with this process and they forced me to pay 60.00 for a hydration that they had put on my hair.
She leaves completely upset and disappointed with the lack of professionalism.
