★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima formatação, acho pouco provável que tenha sido feito algum teste antes de me entregar o computador, e caso tenha feito, pior ainda porque fez e não viu que ficou lento e travando, pc voltou extremamente lento, trava para abrir páginas, demora para iniciar, demora até para abrir pastas comuns, pelo pouco que sei, provavelmente o sistema operacional que instalou não é compatível com minha máquina, um técnico experiente deveria saber disso.
Precisa ter mais responsabilidade, computador hoje em dia não é mais artigo de luxo, é para uso profissional, precisei levar em outro local para formatar novamente, além de ter sido bem mais barato ficou melhor.
Não volto mais, não sei falar sobre a qualidade dos demais produtos, mas em relação a formatação e troca de sistema eu não recomendo e aconselho a quem fizer, testar na hora.
Bad formatting, I think it's unlikely that any test was done before handing me the computer, and if you did, it's even worse because you did it and didn't see that it got slow and crashing, pc came back extremely slow, crashes to open pages, takes time to start , it even takes time to open common folders, from what little I know, probably the operating system you installed is not compatible with my machine, an experienced technician should know this.
You need to be more responsible, computers are no longer a luxury item, it's for professional use, I had to take it to another place to format it again, in addition to being much cheaper, it got better.
I won't be back, I don't know how to talk about the quality of the other products, but in relation to formatting and changing the system I don't recommend it and I advise anyone who does, test it right away.
