★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive tentando cancelar um serviço e não conseguia, pois eles estava dificultando. Tive que ir três vezes ao local e somente após registrar aqui essa reclamação, eles realizaram o cancelamento.
Hoje percebi que eles me cobraram 31% de multa contratual, sendo que no contrato a multa seria de 20% do valor. Um absurdo!!
Nunca mais pisarei nesse local.
I've been trying to cancel a service and I couldn't, because they were making it difficult. I had to go to the site three times and only after registering this complaint here, they performed the cancellation.
Today I realized that they charged me 31% of the contractual penalty, and in the contract the fine would be 20% of the value. Absurd !!
I'll never step on that spot again.
