★ ★ ★ ★ ★ loja PÉSSIMA, fiz uma compra lá e meu pedido veio errado duas vezes, e demorou bem mais que o prezo dado pela loja, por fim decidi pegar outra coisa no lugar do meu pedido que não vinha certo, e ainda assim trouxeram errado e demoraram mais de 1 mês para entregar, uma falta de respeito!

Disseram montagem em 3 dias após a entrega e agora estão alegando 7 dias úteis! Mentem para conseguirem vender, é isso!? Resultado: um casal de idosos está com todos os pertences de cozinha espalhados pela casa porque nos enganaram quanto ao prazo de entrega, senão teríamos comprado em outro lugar. Vendedor Carlos Henrique disse que montariam em 3 dias! A caixa Danielle confirmou que poderiam fazer! Hoje, 30/11, uma pessoa chamada Vivian (que deveria trabalhar apertando botões de máquinas invés de lidar com público), disse que "ninguém disse que seriam 3 dias", que são 7! Ridículo e um desrespeito!

Os preços eram melhores que outras lojas. Só sugiro melhorar os prazos para ter os imóveis! Até 10 dias para entregar e 5 para montar é muito tempo. No online, tem plataformas que entragam no outro dia. Mas, comprei e concordei com os termos. Recomendo! E se estiver tranquilo, compraria novamente.
