- A montagem não foi realizada no dia combinado;
- O armário veio amassado;
- As novas peças chegaram em 30 dias porém vieram erradas, foram mais 20 dias para chegada das novas peças;
Já fui na loja pessoalmente e marcam que vão comparecer na minha casa para fazer a montagem do armário e até o momento nada. Paguei a mercadoria à vista. Estou muito insatisfeita com a loja.
I had a lot of problems with my merchandise.
- The assembly was not performed on the agreed day;
- The cabinet came crumpled up;
- The new parts arrived in 30 days but came wrong, it was another 20 days to arrive the new parts;
I have been to the store in person and mark that will come to my house to do the cabinet assembly and so far nothing. I paid the goods in cash. I am very dissatisfied with the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, primeiro os entregadores sem nenhum cuidado e com má vontade, ficaram batendo a caixas nas paredes, resultado peças novas, consequentemente demora. Segundo a montagem apenas um montador, não sei se era novato ou ruim de serviço pois demorou horas, e no final ainda estragou o meu box usando como base para montagem, do guarda-roupa. Tive de reclamar direto no site da empresa. Terceiro após pedido não deram data de entrega das peças de reposição, ainda bem que o vizinho recebeu. Tudo errado e sem opção.
Bad experience, first the delivery guys without any care and with bad will, kept hitting the boxes on the walls, resulting in new parts, consequently delay. According to the assembly, only one fitter, I don't know if he was a newbie or bad service because it took hours, and in the end he still ruined my box using it as a base for assembly, from the wardrobe. I had to complain directly on the company website. Third, after ordering, they didn't give a delivery date for the spare parts, I'm glad the neighbor received it. All wrong and no option.
