★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da funcionária Amanda é exemplar, porém ,produtos sem qualidade, assistência técnica péssima, retorno de fornecedor mais de 2 meses, montagem totalmente sem responsabilidade,não cumprindo datas e horários, a não ser que seja pago pelo cliente.
Demorei 2 meses e meio para receber a troca de avarias, e 3 meses ainda não foi realizado a montagem.
Não recomendo
Employee Amanda's service is exemplary, however, poor quality products, terrible technical assistance, supplier return more than 2 months, assembly totally without responsibility, not meeting dates and times, unless paid by the customer.
It took me 2 and a half months to receive the damage exchange, and 3 months still the assembly has not been carried out.
I do not recommend
