★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, funcionários desatenciosos, demonstram pouco interesse em vender os produtos disponíveis na loja, muito menos exclarecer dúvidas, isso no atendimento presencial. Por telefone piora ainda mais, informam que estão ocupados e mandam você retornar a ligacão depois de 20, 30 minutos e desligam, sem cordialidade alguma.
Poor service, inattentive employees, show little interest in selling the products available in the store, much less clarifying doubts, this in face-to-face service. It gets even worse over the phone, they inform you that they are busy and tell you to call back after 20, 30 minutes and hang up, without any cordiality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu produto para assistência técnica em posse da nota fiscal e lá fui informado de que a loja vendedora teria que me dar uma declaração de venda para que o reparo fosse realizado. NUNCA ouvi falar NISSO! Sai de lá indignado! Recomendo que liguem antes de ir pra saber se vão cobrar isso que considero um ABSURDO! A nota fiscal estava perfeitamente legível. Se não veio constando o modelo correto da ferramenta a culpa não é do consumidor e ele não pode ser penalizado com custas e deslocamentos. Mas vocês estão certos! Pois no Brasil, o cliente nunca tem razão e ainda leva a culpa!?
I took the product for technical assistance in possession of the bill and was there informed that the clerk shop would have to give me a sale statement for the repair was performed. I never heard of it! Comes out angry! I recommend linking before going to know if it will charge to consider a ABSURD! The invoice was perfectly legible. If came did not indicate the correct model of the tool is not fault of the consumer and it can not be penalized with costs and offsets. But you are right! For in Brazil, the customer never right and still gets the blame! ?
