★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está sendo péssima! O vendedor pode até tentar ajudar, mas sempre há impasse do dono. Não recomendo a ninguém comprar ali, pelo menos carros populares, no meu caso um Renault Clio Hatch, pq vc precisando utilizar o carro logo e se der problemas eles demoram uma vida para trocá-las, isso vc ficando no pé, imagine se for no tempo deles.
Atendente dos contratos ótima e o vendedor coitado, não pode fazer nada sem autorização do superior. Para quem trabalha horário integral será um estresse incondicional depender deles!
Talvez com carros mais caros e clientes luxuosos sejam diferentes!
Infelizmente foi meu primeiro carro e n fiz uma pesquisa da loja que compraria, se arrependimento matasse, já tava em decomposição!

It's being terrible! The seller may even try to help, but there is always an impasse of the owner. I do not recommend to anyone to buy there, at least popular cars, in my case a Renault Clio Hatch, because you need to use the car soon and if it gives you problems they take a lifetime to change them, that you stay on your feet, imagine if it is in their time.
Optimal contract attendant and poor seller, can’t do anything without the superior’s authorization. For those who work full time it will be an unconditional stress to depend on them!
Perhaps with more expensive cars and luxurious customers are different!
Unfortunately it was my first car and I did not research the store I would buy, if regret it would kill, it was already decomposing!
