Pedi uma marmita grande e veio pouquíssima carne, sendo 3 almôndegas pequenas e cruas por dentro, e um pedacinho de costela com mais osso do que carne. Liguei para o estabelecimento e a atendente pouco se importou, dizendo que a comida é pouca porque a carne está cara (então não faça o cliente pagar por uma marmita GRANDE). Questionei quantas almôndegas então viria em uma marmita pequena e ela teve coragem de dizer que seria MEIA ALMONDEGA "dependendo do caso". Fez pouco caso e não se importou nem um pouco em solucionar o problema. Não indico e não volto mais!
Zero importance with the consumer experience. I ordered a large lunch box and there was very little meat, 3 small and raw meatballs inside, and a small piece of rib with more bone than meat. I called the establishment and the attendant didn't care, saying that the food is low because the meat is expensive (so don't make the customer pay for a BIG lunch box). I asked how many meatballs would come in a small lunchbox and she had the courage to say that it would be HALF STONE "depending on the case". He ignored it and didn't bother to solve the problem at all. I do not recommend and will not be back!
