★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento virtual. Precisava saber se trocariam um produto. Mandei mensagem dia 31/08 e só hoje responderam que não poderia e ainda assim pq eu mandei mensagem no dia 01/08 e hoje 03/08 perguntando se tinham algum retorno. Zero preocupação em dar um retorno ao cliente.
I didn't like the virtual service. I needed to know if they would exchange a product. I sent a message on 08/31 and only today they replied that I couldn't and still because I sent a message on 08/01 and today 08/03 asking if they had any feedback. Zero concern in giving a return to the customer.
