★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, depois que você paga o pacote não consegue agendamento, nem para depois de um mês. E ainda no dia que você consegue elas atrasam teu atendimento em mais de 40 minutos. Não respeitam o cliente! Estou no quinto mês, nunca consigo agendar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ainda faltam 4 sessões para o fim e no último mês disseram que a máquina quebrou e não poderiam fazer o procedimento. Estou aguardando há um mês e nada. Disseram que iam me ligar mas nada aconteceu. Estou tentando entrar com contato pelo whats e ligando pra lá mas ninguém atende. Além disso, sempre dói bastante os procedimentos embora eles digam que não era pra doer, na última sessão que fiz, há um mês atrás, doeu a ponto de causar lesão na minha pele. Péssimo atendimento. Já já entro na justiça.

Mas essa já é a segunda vez, da primeira me remarcaram com mis de 45 dias e agora estou falando por whats e nem me respondem já a 09 dias! que descaso!! quem quiser pode falar comigo para entrarmos na justiça juntas!

Eu sempre espero para ser atendida mas pela primeira vez cheguei com 10 minutos de atraso e a mulher que me atendeu começou a reclamar dizendo que não iria me atender, me mal tratando e falando mal de mim pra outros clientes fora da sala que eu estava. Quando ela percebeu que eu não iria esperar pra ser atendida ela começou a me depilar sem nem escostar o laser em mim. Não colocou óculos de proteção e passou o laser dando saltos enormes entre uma área e outra., Resumindo, perdi minha sessao. Péssimo atendimento, péssimo serviço, falta de segurança e educação.
