Tivemos um pequeno problema técnico, mas sempre fomos prontamente atendidos.
Deixo uma dica aqui aos demais empresários que buscam essa ferramenta, que o nosso maior problema foi em relação a adaptação dos nossos colaboradores a ferramenta nova, então, muitas reclamações constatamos que não tinha sentido. Superado isso, não temos o que reclamar.
Espero que a JRC em breve possa nos oferecer uma opção de reunião com a possibilidade de mais membros participando da ligação e que além do áudio tenhamos o vídeo também.

We had a small technical problem, but we were always promptly attended to.
I leave a hint here to the other entrepreneurs looking for this tool, that our biggest problem was in relation to the adaptation of our employees to the new tool, so, many complaints we found that it was meaningless. Having overcome this, we have nothing to complain about.
I hope that the JRC will soon be able to offer us a meeting option with the possibility of more members joining the call and that in addition to the audio we also have the video.

Mas com 3 dias utitilizando o serviço ja consegui alguns clientes novos trabalhado home office e o mais facinante e que vc não perde ligação quando esta na rua, parabens a todos da equipe JRC serviço nota 1000.
Simply fantastic JRC cloud telephony. I confess that I was a little worried about taking out my conventional phone and using the system. But with 3 days using the service I already got some new clients working at home office and the most fascinating one and that you don't miss a call when you are on the street, congratulations to all of the JRC service team 1000 note.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço! éramos cliente da empresa IPCORP e a JRC comprou a carteira de serviços deles e desde a portabilidade de nossas linhas temos problemas frequentes com a qualidade das ligações, com ligações que são interrompidas e o mais grave de todos é a quantidade de horas que ficamos totalmente inoperantes impossibilitados de recebermos ligações. Vale lembrar que a nossa empresa presta serviço a pacientes em domicilio onde nosso maior meio de comunicação com as famílias desses pacientes é via telefone e esse é o motivo de termos esse serviço diferenciado, caso contrario não haveria necessidade da contratação do mesmo, porém a JRC não nos da o devido suporte e tão pouco preza por todas as vidas que dependem da nossa excelência no atendimento para o conforto de seus tratamentos. Hoje (19/11) por exemplo estamos sem recebermos ligações e tentando contato com a JRC pelo WhatsApp disponível, pelos telefones disponíveis, porém são 10:15H e o problema persiste e o responsável pelo Suporte deles não ha uma resposta se quer do que esta acontecendo muito menos de quando será solucionado. Infelizmente esse mesmo problema acontece ao menos 2 vezes na semana e sempre com muito morosidade na solução. Péssimo negocio que fizemos e agora estamos presos a um contrato.

Today (11/19), for example, we are not receiving calls and trying to contact the JRC through WhatsApp available, through the available phones, but it is 10:15 am and the problem persists and their Support person doesn't have an answer. happening much less than when it will be resolved. Unfortunately, this same problem happens at least twice a week and always takes a long time to solve. Bad deal we made and now we're stuck in a contract.
